Current Development: Erie-Glenway Affordable Homeownership Initiative

ACEDONE is actively advancing its real estate development pipeline by moving priority projects from planning into construction, while positioning future developments to expand affordable housing opportunities.

Project Overview

The Erie–Glenway development is a 9-unit affordable condominium community designed to provide accessible, sustainable homeownership opportunities.

• Affordability Levels:

  • 5 units at 80% Area Median Income (AMI)

  • 4 units at 100% AMI

• Estimated Pricing: $258,000 – $378,000

• Target Buyers: Income-eligible households seeking affordable homeownership

• Buyer Selection: Fair and transparent lottery process

Objective:
To promote housing stability and community growth by delivering high-quality, affordable homeownership opportunities.

This project is part of the Welcome Home Boston Phase 2 Initiative, supporting expanded housing access and neighborhood revitalization in Dorchester.
