Economic Development
At ACEDONE, we believe that thriving communities are built on economic opportunity, local ownership, and generational wealth. Our Economic Development initiatives support immigrant, refugee, and marginalized communities in Boston by strengthening businesses, expanding access to housing, and creating pathways to long-term financial stability.

ACEDONE recognizes that stable housing and community ownership are key to long-term prosperity. Our Commitment
Resident-Led Projects: Advance real estate initiatives that prioritize resident voice, cultural preservation, and neighborhood stability.
Anti-Displacement Efforts: Help immigrant and underserved families remain in their communities with dignity and security.
Financial Literacy & Homebuyer Education: Provide training and guidance to navigate the housing market, improve credit readiness, and prepare for homeownership.
Pathways to Generational Wealth: Support families in securing permanent homes and building long-term financial stability.
