Founded in 2002, ACEDONE is a Community Development Corporation (CDC) born from resilience, hope, and community action. It grew from a grassroots Somali-led initiative into a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to creating opportunities for immigrants and families

The Community Investment Tax Credit (CITC)

A program of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that encourages philanthropic investment in high-impact community development organizations like ACEDONE.

Through CITC, donors who contribute $1,000 or more receive a 50% state tax credit, all while fueling ACEDONE’s mission to advance affordable housing, small business development, youth empowerment, and health equity for immigrant and refugee families across Greater Boston.
